Starting point: meet in the car park in Slindon Wood near to Slindon Village, grid reference SU961077. Travelling west on the A27 from Arundel, at the first roundabout (at Fontwell) turn right onto the A29 heading north. Immediately after leaving the roundabout turn left into a narrow lane, 500 yards along the lane turn left into the car park.

Starting point: meet in Fletchers Croft car park in Steyning (next to the Steyning Centre), grid reference TQ179113. Go down the High Street in Steyning and turn into Church Street – if you come from Washington this will be on your left, or from Shoreham on your right. As you go down Church Street, follow the road round to the right and the car park is on the right.

Walk on 12th August

Starting point: meet in Lord's Piece car park, grid reference SU992169. Starting from the Whiteways Lodge roundabout, travel north on the A29 towards Pulborough. After about 3 miles turn left onto the B2138 (signposted Petworth), almost immediately turn left at a crossroads onto an unclassified road, after ½ mile turn sharp right and then continue for just over 1 mile before arriving at the car park on your right.
